Voice agents that follow the rules, every time.
We build AI assistants that take loan applications and handle collections conversations. The rules are enforced in software, not hoped for in a prompt.

VoiceApp: a loan application, one question at a time. Test version, made-up data.
Rules enforced by software, not left to the AI
Most voice bots are a language model following a long prompt. Ours work the other way round: the AI holds the conversation, but every answer it records and every promise it makes passes through checks on our server first.
Two products
Both talk as Ellie by default; your assistant takes your name and voice.
VoiceApp: loan applications
A complete loan application in one conversation. Ellie asks one question at a time, reads back the details that matter, and reads every required statement word for word. Customers who prefer to type can switch to a form at any point without losing their answers.

- Name, mobile, email, date of birth and postcode are read back and must match exactly before they are saved.
- Required statements are read word for word, and the customer's answer is recorded in their own words: priority expenses, the credit check, marketing and support needs.
- Income and spending are captured topic by topic, question by question, and confirmed as monthly totals.
- If voice does not suit someone, the same application continues as an on-screen form with the same checks.
Collect+: collections and arrears
Collections conversations that treat customers fairly. After a full security check, Ellie helps customers choose a payment, a plan or a call back they can keep to. Card details go into a secure box the AI never hears. Support needs and disputes go straight to your team.

- Outcomes include paying today, a plan of more manageable payments, a promise to pay within 14 days, a call back, or nothing agreed today.
- Card details are typed into a secure on-screen box that the AI never hears or sees.
- No payment is taken without a clear yes, and the same payment can never be taken twice.
- Signs of vulnerability, complaints and disputed amounts are recorded and passed to the team. A disputed debt is never chased.
What we can do
The skills behind both products, each built and working in our test versions.
- Rules on the server
The agent cannot save a wrong date of birth, skip a required statement, or claim a plan was agreed when it was not. Every action is checked against the lender's rules before it counts.
- Word-for-word statements
Disclosures are read in full. The system checks they were actually spoken before it accepts the customer's answer, and a paraphrase is refused.
- Accurate key details
Names, emails, phone numbers and postcodes are read back character by character and compared with what was saved.
- Never stuck
A question is never asked more than twice. After that the customer can type the answer on screen, or it is left for staff with a flag, and the conversation moves on.
- Never silent
If the AI goes quiet, the system prompts it within seconds and reconnects if needed. The customer is not left in silence.
- Voice or form
The same journey runs as a spoken conversation or an accessible on-screen form, with the same checks. The customer can switch at any time.
- Fair treatment by design
Collect+ never pressures. It makes at most one gentle ask for a higher amount, and never after a customer mentions a difficulty. It points customers to free support such as MoneyHelper, StepChange, GamCare, Samaritans and Breathing Space.
- A person on request
A request for a person, in ordinary words, is recognised and recorded for the team.
- Back office
Staff see every application or case, every flag, and the full transcript and recording. A call-health check highlights loops, repeated questions and conduct issues.
- White label
Each lender's own name and brand replace ours. The assistant's name, voice and wording can be set to match.
- Accessibility
Built to WCAG 2.2 AA in light and dark mode, on phone and desktop, with live captions and a type-instead box.
- Simulated-caller testing
Before release, each product is tested by simulated callers who play realistic customers. They spell tricky names, change their minds, ask for a person or get upset. Every call is scored automatically against the rules.
What else we build
- Speech to speech, with regional accents. Natural spoken conversation, voice in and voice out, in British English with the regional accent that suits your customers.
- Your own journeys. The same engine, with rules on the server, voice or form, the back office and simulated-caller testing, for any conversation where what is said and recorded has to be right.
- Your brand, your words. The assistant's name, voice and script set to match your firm, with regulatory wording approved by your compliance team before launch.
Built for lenders
Designed for UK consumer credit lenders, including high-cost short-term credit, home credit and personal loans, and for customers who may be in vulnerable circumstances. Designed with the Consumer Duty in mind (PRIN 2A), and for the rules on customers in arrears and default (CONC 7).
Every dead end has a way out: the form, a skip, a call back or a person.
Where they stand
Both products work end to end in test versions, using made-up accounts and test cards: no lender is contacted and no real money moves. Both run in the web browser, on phone and desktop. They are not yet live with a lender.
Questions
Short answers, with the provision each one rests on.
How is this different from a chatbot with a long prompt?
When a language model drifts, a prompt does not stop it. Our agents check every answer they record and every promise they make on our server first. If a check fails, the agent is told exactly what to say instead.
Does the AI ever hear card details?
No. Card details are typed into a secure on-screen box that the AI never hears or sees, and no payment is taken without a clear yes.
Can it speak with a regional accent?
Yes. We build speech-to-speech agents, and the voice, including a regional British accent, can be set to suit your customers.
Can it carry our brand?
Yes. Each lender's own name and brand replace ours, and the assistant's name, voice and wording can be set to match.
Does it work over the phone?
Today both products run in the web browser, on phone and desktop, with live captions and a type-instead box.
Are they live with a lender?
Not yet. Both run as test versions with made-up accounts and test cards. We will walk you through a test call.
