Who we are

What we collect
If you email, call or use the contact form, we keep what you send: your name, contact details, firm and message. The contact form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes the submission to send it to us.
Why, and the lawful basis
To reply to you and, if you become a client, to provide our services. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as our regulatory and legal obligations require.
Who we share it with
Our email and IT providers, and FormSubmit for messages sent through the contact form. We do not sell personal data or use it for marketing without your consent.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by emailing us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
